These terms apply to everyone in the Go Yachting Island Week affiliate program for the 2027 season. By applying you agree to them.

1. Who runs the program

The program is run by SYS GROUP spol. s r.o., Na Poříčí 1071/17, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, ID 24221066 (“we”). You are “the affiliate”.

2. Joining

Anyone over 18 can apply. We review every application ourselves and may refuse one without giving a reason. Your account becomes active when we approve it. The program is free to join.

3. Commission and guest discount

The commission is 10% of the price of the week booked, before any affiliate discount. You decide how much of the 10% goes to your guests as a discount on your code, from 0% to 10%. Your commission is what is left: 10% minus the discount you chose. The commission is calculated without taxes and without any extras added to the booking.

4. How a booking is credited

A booking is credited to you when the guest enters your code at checkout, or when the guest arrives through your link and books within 30 days. Each booking is credited to one affiliate only.

5. When a commission is earned

A commission appears in your dashboard as pending once the booking is paid. It is approved after the booked week has run. If a booking is cancelled, refunded or not paid in full, its commission is cancelled or reduced to match.

6. Payment

Approved commissions are paid by PayPal to the email in your account, within 30 days after the week has run. You are responsible for your own taxes and for any invoice your local rules require.

7. What is not allowed

• Booking for yourself with your own code or link
• Bidding on “Go Yachting” or similar names in paid search ads
• Posting your code on coupon or discount aggregator sites
• Spam, fake reviews or misleading claims about the week, prices or what is included
• Presenting yourself as Go Yachting or as our official account
• Using photos or video of the week that are not from your dashboard or your own trip

If we find any of this, we may cancel the related commissions and close the account.

8. Changes and ending

We may change these terms or the commission rate with 14 days notice by email. Commissions already approved are not affected. Either side can end the cooperation at any time; approved commissions are still paid.
