Work the summer
On the water
Ten weeks, ten catamarans, one archipelago. We are hiring skippers, deckhands, hosts and kitchen crew for June to August 2027. No office. No desk.

It is also a summer
You work hard. Saturdays are long, the days start early and somebody always needs something. In return you sleep on a catamaran in the Šibenik archipelago, eat with the crew, and finish the season knowing people from ten countries.
You do not have to arrive qualified for everything. You do have to be the kind of person who is still good company on day six.
The jobs
Four ways
to join the fleet
Pick the one that fits. If you can do two, say so, most of the crew can.
Skipper
One boat, one crew, all week. Licence and Croatian waters in your logbook.
Deckhand
Lines, tenders, jet skis and water toys. Getting twelve people onto a pier without drama.
Host or hostess
Food service, the evening programme, and knowing everyone’s name by Tuesday.
Kitchen & backstage
Galley, logistics, photo and video. Nobody photographs you. Everybody depends on you.
The deal
What you get

Paid work
Seasonal contract, week by week. We tell you the rate before you say yes.
Bed and food
You sleep on board and eat with the crew. Nothing to pay for either.
Whole weeks
Saturday to Saturday, June to August 2027. Take one week or take all ten.
Good English
Plus a second language if you have one. Our team speaks ten between us.
Before you apply
- For the helm: a licence, or a firm plan to get one before June
- For every other job: no certificate needed
- Seasons on the water anywhere are a plus, not a condition
- Tell us which weeks you can work, that is the first thing we check
